Where's the girl so alive and still aching for more?/ We had dreams that were worth dying for

Terrence Mann singing 'Where's the girl?' He has one of those voices...;)

So, Heroes and Eureka are making a brave assault against the Torchwood dominance, but voting continues to favour Ten-Jack-Owen.

Which is cool, but typing all those ideas out has made me want to write them all. And another Entourage one. Plus I spent yesterday looking through the other unfinished things and found three pages of House-fic that's better than I remember, and a wee bit of SGA, and a West Wing fic I thought I'd imagined writing. In that I knew I had used the title, but couldn't find it in my fic list. I'm glad I'm not going mad.

I've also been thinking about yuletide, because, well, I am. Its writing period won't overlap with multific, so that's fine. But it nominates in late September or something, right? So that's close? Right? Right? At the minute I seem to be requesting things that I can't write, which is odd. Also I, after saying it didn't happen much, had a particularly vivid 'Mad Men' dream, with Don/Pete. Sadly the sex was not the vivid part. But mostly - Yuletide is fun, it can be Yuletide soon?

This may be because my country is currently being washed away. It could well be November at this point - it's certainly not August. This is our shiny new underpass. Gotta love the UK's ability to deal with the rain. On the plus point, Mum is making spaghetti bolognaise, and I have either Revenge of the Sith, X-Files Season 3, or Blade Runner to watch later. Possibly more than one, or possibly Justice League instead. In an apocalypse, me and my DVD collection are ready to wait it out.

+ Mark Sheppard joins Dollhouse. Yay :)
