greedy_dancer made a witty, dry podfic with great CJ voice of This is Not a Short History of Feminism (It Isn’t Over Yet) [West Wing; CJ(/Danny)]. The podfic is here, and it was for the Awesome Ladies Podfic Anthology II.

setra made an absolutely gorgeous podfic of Minds Like Ours Dream Up [Sherlock BBC, Sherlock/John], with the podfic link at amplificathon. It has the violin music!
- Fox renewed Fringe for a fifth and final season of 13 episodes. Now, normally I have little good to say about Fox (for reasons), but they didn't need to do that and they did it anyway. Yes, I know there was stuff about syndication rights and reduced fees to make it work but still. A chance to tie off all the loose ends (or as many as possible at least) is more than a lot of shows I've loved have got. I know I don't talk about Fringe all the time, but it's still pretty much my favourite thing on TV. It's unabashedly sci-fi, continuity-heavy, basically the kind of thing they're not making much of any more. I will admit that anything that has parallel universe and alternate timelines and which makes you go 'Josh Jackson, I'm not sure you're making an effort here, what is that two versions of yourself? Come on, Anna Torv's on at least six by now', is me-bait. There are not very many alien type things, but it's so much about the consequences of knowledge and what we would do if we could and also there is Olivia. Alll of the Olivias are awesome. Also all of the Astrids. And now they know it's the last season, so if this hasn't already been 'fuck it, if we're going out, let's go out weird' can you imagine what the last season is going to be like? *g*
- Spoilers for Young Justice 2.01
Um. Did they- did they just skip the whole show forward 5 years? Like not for a one episode this is where we might be heading thing (see Fringe) but just moved the whole show? Is that a thing that happened? On the one hand Dick&Tim \o/ Blue Beetle! (and yes Wonder Girl and Batgirl). On the other, where is Aqualad? Kaldur! Where are Artemis and Kid Flash? I'm so confused!
