Fandom:
FringeRating: Teen And Up Audiences
Warning: No Archive Warnings Apply
Characters: Peter Bishop, Walter Bishop, Olivia Dunham, Astrid Farnsworth
Summary: Sometimes the crossing isn't as difficult as the arrival. (Spoilers through all aired episodes of Fringe.) Peter/Olivia UST.
This is exactly what I wanted, and why I love Olivia. This is Olivia, afterwards, putting her life back together. Not complaining, not breaking-down, just being clear-headed and sharply angry and practical. The job still needs to be done, and she keeps doing it, even while she's working through what happened to her. I love how this is put together, (and the title) and the way it moves from the domestic, and her sister, and Peter and Walter and Astrid. And the ending ♥
Go read, if you know Fringe at all, or if you just need some more awesome women in your life.
Also, co-written for me:

I love Middleman, and Wendy&Lacey's BFF-ness, and this is a great first meeting :)

Personally, I think one of them is very obviously me if you manage to find it to read, and the other two wouldn't surprise anyone. But I've been wrong before... Anyway, my recipients seemed to like them, and I've had a few other nice comments, so that's the important thing. Still, go ahead and guess :)
In other news, I did manage to get home, after a night spent in Gatwick due to weather, and had a lovely time with family. Got many nice presents, including my Sondheim book, and a mixer, and the rest of the Hunger Games books, and How to Train Your Dragon on bluray. Except tomorrow I have to go back to Oxford, which is less good. :( I also saw Doctor Who which I mostly loved (few issues, yes, but it made me happy, which beats Ten's last efforts!), and Deathly Hallows Pt1 which I enjoyed but it made me want both post-DH Harry/Draco, and also Trio-fic. And Harry raising Teddy, because that's how I roll. If I start writing Harry Potter again, my journey back to my 17yo self will be complete.
I hope everyone who was celebrating a holiday had a good one :)
