Cause if you shave off all your body hair, you apearantly look like a child. According to customs.
But i'm just happy to know someone who mugs and brutally beats someone only spends a fraction of the time in jail vs. somone for having a standard hentia manga.

the laws used against the guy i am in big favor of. Wanting to set the tone right here that i'm not support that horribly crap or derranged, disturbing porn.
What i thought was simply american culture not wanting to be tarnished by over-seas stuff.
