First of all, Happy (yesterday) Birthday to Jamie and Hope!
I had quite the adventurous day yesterday. I went downtown with Cody & Daniella for a while comparison shopping for tattoos and piercings. Cody bought bee pollen at the farmers market (it's actually pretty tasty). We bused back to our rooms to drop off some salsa from the Salsateria, then took another bus to the mall & grocery store. We waited for a bus outside the grocery store that wasn't the right bus in the slightest. It just took us around the suburbs of Guelph... we listened to conversations of high school students. When the bus brought us back to the mall we got off, and instead of crossing the street to get the right bus back to campus, we took the bus that goes downtown. So we get downtown and then take the bus back to campus from there.
Later in the evening our friends Joanna and Margery found us and asked if we wanted to throw paper helicopters down a stairwell. And of course, we did. Cody ran and got his bubbles. Whenever some one would use the stairs we threw the helicoptors and blew bubbles at them. And we raced the helicopters and used them to pop bubbles. At one point we heard music. A group of people (a *band* of people) were walking down the stairs playing instruments! So we ran after them. They went into the music room and jammed for a while so we sat and watched/listened/sang along. They were excellent musicians, even though they were pretty drunk. After that we watched Clerks.
