So, the idea sort of percolated up. It's only about five three percent formed, but here's what I've got so far. Only a snippet, I'm afraid.

"All right," Nate said. "We're no longer just trying to scuttle some unscrupulous developer's attempt to condemn the place and tear it down. We have to stop them cold, recover what's buried under the place, somehow get all of it into the hands of the authorities without anyone tracing it back to the school - or worse, us. This is going to take a much bigger scam."
Parker looked up. "Maybe we can tip off Sterling. That's the sort of thing Interpol does, right?"
"It'd come back to us," Eliot said. "And this just got way too big for us to risk that kind of attention."
"What about..." Hardison said, then paused a moment. "What about planting some rumors? I could put a few tempting leads into the news wires, maybe get the government to notice and get out here and recover the stuff on their own? I mean, that's what they were supposed to do way back when, right?"
"No," Sophie said. "We can't afford to use publicity to get Whitehall off their tails, because that would mean letting the students here know there was something on the campus grounds to be found."
"Better than letting it fall into the hands of terrorists - or worse, arms dealers," Eliot said as he clenched a fist.
"Oh, no," Sophie snapped. "No matter how bad that would be, it would be ten times worse to let the students get the idea to start digging for treasure."
Parker frowned. "I thought you were once one of them?"
"Yes, I was," Sophie said. "That's how I know. Trust me; you do not want to take the chance of weapons-grade fissionable materials falling into the hands of the girls of St. Trinian's."
"So ... what do we do?" Parker asked.
Everyone else looked at Nate, who had gotten a faraway look in his eyes. He suddenly sat up straight, focusing on his team.
"We're going to steal us a Parliament."

Obviously it needs a lot of work.
