There are some awesome news stories about the protest yesterday. Good job guys.
Let's put our efforts into making sure that we have workplace discrimination rights and sexual orientation HATE crime rights.
The state is so blue right now, we can do this!
While I was reading the article about the protest, I came across this.
Patricia Phillips, Virginia's director of Concerned Women for America, said she was glad voters supported traditional marriage.
"The bottom line is we think the children won out in this process because they are ones who benefit from being raised by a mom and dad," she said.
Because clearly this amendment ONLY affects gay people...
what about unmarried moms and dads?
We should let her know how ignorant that statement is, want to?
