I fell down again
Leaving the old apartment this morning, I slipped on some ice in the driveway and fell down AGAIN. My right foot slid out straight in front of me and the left leg bent at the knee and folded back behind me. It wrenched the left side of my lower back really badly so now I can't bend over, Scott had to help me get dressed for work.
