This was part of an e-mail received today from the IT department:
We have just now noticed a pattern where some students cannot get a Bluesocket login page. This happens when the student tries to go online using Internet Explorer 6 or 7. The immediate fix for this is to acquire Mozilla Firefox which is another Internet browser. This can be downloaded at their website
http://www.mozilla.com. You can also come to the IT dept. We have CD's on hand ready to install Mozilla Firefox. Again, this is only an immediate fix. We are in the troubleshooting phases with Bluesocket so that you can use Internet Explorer to go onto the internet.
Download FF or you can't get online. It's about time they started encouraging this!!
