Long days and pleasant nights..

That's the way people greet each other in this book I've been reading. And the response is usually "And may you have twice the same" I just think that if society would take even small strides like that to be at least decent to one another instead of seeing someone and grunting like an ape, perhaps the world could be a bit more healed. Optimistic thinking yes, but not far out of reach.

Anywho, hello ladies and gents, I'm on a cousins computer up here in Michigan and I figured I might as well post, sleep is for the weak. :p.

Since I've been up here I've already visited with like, 30 different people, played a lot of guitar, rode my bike around what I feel is the awesomest town ever, checked out some stuff in the guitar store, and earned 40 bucks just because my grandma bought my sister 40 bucks worth of stuff. Go grandparental spoiling! So yeah, life is good, and it's always awesome to have a change of scenery. Especially when said scenery is breathtaking, it really is beautiful up here. I've also been fishing, but I'm a horrible, horrible angler and haven't caught anything except for weeds.

I can already here the beginnings of a Canadian accent forming on my lips, and if I hang out with my cousin Steven for any more days (likely) it'll be complete. Nothing too wrong with that though. I've most though just been doing up here what you do on a vacation, relax...and now, I'm going to get off to bed. You are all in my prayers and I hope all is well for all of you down there where it's not 70 degrees and breezy. (hah!)

Long days and pleasant nights,
Steven
