ok so i jjust redid my livejournal completely the look and everything,new backround picture,icon and all lol i got sick of the whole wicked thing and wanted something that really showed who i was lol.Well i want my picture in the backround to be fixed so it doesent scroll or anything.Can anyone help me ,and i want mine to look even cooler and such cause its very bland now ,a littel to bland and some peoples are like really cool with like cool effects and stuff.Well if you want to help me leave a comment thanks so much.Right now i just want my picture to be fixed not scrolled
