(no subject)
so i havent written in like two days...but the past couple of days have been really good...i mean i still dont like the school and everyhting but i had a lot of fun. thursday during the day after the fiesta that night we didnt have class bc it was too early for everyone to wake up...so we went to the beach at like 1. it was a lot of fun...i mean it was really crowded but not so much that i minded at all...it was really hot and sunny too so i got some sun. and we swam out to the yellow bouys so i got some excercise...and we basically just spent the whole day hangin out at the beach...i liked it cause thats how i like summer to be...a big party the night b4...then the next day waking up at like mid dayand going to the beach all day...it was a day well spent. then today we still had class but it was soo boring...but it was our last day of class...so that makes me smile. and then we went to la sagrada familia (the church with like the tallest towers in the city...the one by gaudi...i mentioned it earlier) and we climbed it...we went up every stair to the top of the towers. it was awesome i have some really sweet pics of the city from that height. then after we came down we went to the museum in the church and it showed a bunch of stuff about gaudi and about how hte sagrada familia was made and everything...it was realy cool. then we went to this really cool looking hospital...we just like went there and walked arouind the outside just to look at the architecture...it was cool it looked like disney world, with like cobblestone streets and everything. then we walked back and i tried to go pick up my pictures cause i had them printed, but the shop was closed and then we went to dinner and then went back to the school cuase we were going to see these fountains...but they werent jsut any fountains they had like ligts and music and htey were like really bic and like when your looking at them from one side you see a big palace adn when your looking at them from the other side you see like all of hte city and the mountains in the background. so its like opera music that the fountains like dance too...it sounds lame but it was really cool cause like when the music would liek hold a really loud long note or somehting the fountains would liek shoot up and light up in like red or green or blue or somehting. and then between songs there would be like street performers that would come and do stuff for the audience...so the first performer i saw was this guy with like batons that he lit of fire and he would like twirl them aroudn and throw them up in the air it was really really cool. so then he tells everyone to raise their hands and everyone does and hes like wow so many volunteers and then everyone was like volunteer...hell no...except me...so i kept raising my hand and i was picked to be his volunteer. so then he tells me to stand facing all the audience and hes like ok dont look back and dont move. and then hes like ok everyone...one...two...three...adn then he starts spinning the batons like over my head and then he liek puts his arms in front of me liek on either side of my head and like spun the baton liek in front of my face...now keep in mind that this is all lit on fire...adn then hes like ok the second part is a lot harder so you cant look at all and you cant move youve got to be really careful...so then he goes again...everyone...one...two...threeeee....and then im like freaking out and then he puts a rose in front of my face. haha i was soo relieved. it was really cool though...i gave him a hug...he was really wet cuase it was like a mixture of like lighter fluid and sweat...kinda gross..but he was REALLY fucking hot. so then he like goes around and collects money from people so im like ok i have to give this guy money...i dont knwo how much i gave him..i gave him a lot though...everyone else gave him ilke 20 cents or 50 cents and i htink i gave hime like three euros. anywya then i went up to him and had heather get a pic of me with him...hes really cute. so anyway then we take a bus back home and me and ryan walk home alone cause we live near each other...see were all kinda in little groups...except jason cause he lives near no one...but its like me and ryan...jon and heather...and erin, avalee, amanda and lemise. so me and ryan are walking home and we take differnt streets than we normally take...we wernt lost, we were just going a diff route. so we pass this like huge sex shop with like neon signs and everything...so im like hah i wonder if its still open...so were like standing in front of the door and hes like ya wanna go in adn so we went in...it was the like nastiest hard core porn shop ive ever seen...i mean not that i go into many porn shops but i was kind of in shock...like ive never seen so much dirty stuff in one place b4...and they had liek these "privacy booths" that looked kinda like telephone booths... they had like a seat and a tv in it...it was soo gross...im like who would go into those...if you sat in it you would get like every known std. so then we walked out...we were only in there for like no more than a minute or two..but when we came out ryan was like ok i have aids now. wow. oh and i dont knwo if i mentioned like how the party night was for everyone who stayed with the group...the main teacher of the school and the teacher that came from bolles got in like the biggest fight ever and like the kids said that it was awful cause they walked like the whole night like it took them 40 min to get there adn they like walked the whole time they were there...anyway i think that that fight is why we dont have classes anymore cause our teacher from home was like they take spanish every day for the whole year for liek 4 adn 5 years...they know everyhting that your teaching them...they dont need ot be taught..if anything just have them talk..thats what they need work on...and you need to start taking them on more trips to places cause thats why they came her...ahh it was great to hear that it happened.
