Seeing as how I need to give 60 days notice instead of the standard 30 days notice, and since I talked to the landlord today and they told me if I drop this slip off in the office today they will be able to fax this notice in tomorrow, please consider this my 60 days notice to vacate the property I currently occupy, meaning I will not continue/renew my contract for apartment 20, and the last day of my residence will be October 31, 2010. There should not be a problem with this, but if you feel we have other issues to discuss, you can reach me at (xxx)xxx-xxxx.
