Gargoyle

Jan 18, 2011 19:45

I saw it how all began, but you don't want to see how it ends. I see the world in one position without moving a muscle on top of a tower where people don't seem to look up. I am nearly invisible to the world except for the few birds who view the city on top of my head. I've seen beginnings and endings here to just watch history repeat itself. I've seen the evolution of people change overtime just to see them try define their own justice to others. I've seen history change for everybody, I've seen them notice that change needs to happen. The demand for change is something that either people agree with or refuse, sometimes the response can bring out the demon in all of us. No matter how much you want things to be different but nobody wants to follow you, you just have to believe in yourself and take life day by day. Because the true monster is within, not from what you see. You're quick to point the finger to criticize me of being a monster when the real demon is yourself. Don't believe me, look at me and listen to what I've told others: "Although I might be terrifying to see, how mysterious can it be? To look through the horror that is the key, to find out that this creature.. is me." Like I said before, I saw how it all began but you don't want to see how it ends. The ending is based on you, please choose with wisdom.

Notes
1. "Gargoyle" is a exclusive entry made and based of the title of my previously issued book "The Gargoyle", which is the following of "FREEquency".
2. The following is taken from the intro of "The Gargoyle": "I'm a scary gargoyle on a tower, that you made with plastic power." is a lyric from the song "Rhinestone Eyes" by Gorillaz that inspired the title of this book. Originally titled "When Kai Might Fall" which was based off of KiD CuDi's "Sky Might Fall" was changed to "The Gargoyle" due to the sights you see just from standing in one position. The title also pays homage to the Gorillaz also due to the manatee up "On Melancholy Hill" and the isolated reality that is "El Mañana". This collection shares my' unfortunate times of 2010 and the unmotivated thrive to look for brighter days. 2010 shares more life changing and dramatic impacts in my life which cannot be exaggerated, so I figured make another book about it."
3. Initially wanting to have this entry done by Martin Luther King Day, this entry was originally about racial profile and culture bashing. It was rewritten two times to prevent confusion because the subject and problem.
4. This photoshopped photo is at least more then a year old but was never used because I felt like it had to be showed it had to be followed by something dynamic.
