I am hooked on Celebrity Poker on Bravo. It's probably the best show on TV at the moment. One thing that should not be on TV is that show with the two rich kids on MTV. I don't know what it's called, but I accidentally came across it when I was trying to record American Choppers. I wish I hadn't. I only saw a few minutes of it, but it was enough for me to question the kind of world we live in. These immensely rich kids, kids with enough funds and publicity to alter the lives of so many people in a positive way, are smoking cigarettes like chimneys and comparing themselves to characters from the movie Cruel Intentions as if it were something to be proud of. There are 20 million refugees in the world, mostly women and children. Help them. 10 million children pass on from preventable causes. Do something. You are old enough to figure these things out. Ay, ay, ay, ay - aaaaaaaay.
BTW, in the time of giving, if you'd like to donate to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, below is the website to check out.
