Loved this, the fact that the alien wasn't evil or anything, and the way you portrayed Ianto and Jack's relationship :)

It's very good to see a non-nasty alien. You also managed to portray that almost out of body experience that you get at a good concert be it classical or otherwise. Jack and Ianto are always a bonus too.

I don't get to proper orchestral concerts nearly enough. But it's Proms season now, so at least I can get it on telly. :)

I absolutely loved this!
Two of my favorite things combined into one story-Jack/Ianto and music.
I could really see this happening. I know music has the ability to evoke strong emotions and to heal,and an empath creating music would be able to do even more. I liked that the alien wanted to bring beauty and joy and not destruction(as is usually the case in Torchwood,lol).
I loved the way you described Ianto's reactions to the music. I could imagine everything he was seeing and feeling because it was so descriptive.
I also loved the way you describe Jack and Ianto's relationship. I wish we'd seen some of this on the show.
