My boy runs a suspension team! Its really interesting, and such a fun experience. They use shark hooks that are filled down and then using a piercing needle to thread them through. Its also how they do flesh dulls as well!

It seems like it's more spiritual or metaphysical as opposed to straight up BDSM kind of stuff.

I think I'd pass out witnessing something like that first-hand, however.
