Yes we have a new addition to our family... and no it's not a baby. We got a kitten this morning from the RSPCA. He's a little grey and white moggy, 16 weeks old. Mcpumpkin, you know that picture of a cat you have - is that your cat Elvis? Our new little one looks like that ( Read more... )

I think then that my new kitty is a cousin of Elvis - they look so alike. He's so beautiful, I love him to pieces already.

We don't have kids, and I adore animals. I really enjoy having pets in the cottage. Feels more home like with the fur babies around... :)

I hope so, that's my worry at the moment. We introduced him to Donald, my parents' dog yesterday because he's old and has lived with a cat for years and the kitten just growled and hissed. Hopefully it will get better.

Sounds gorgeous, can't wait to see pictures!

Alastair and I happened to pop by a pet shop today, and we saw an extremely cute kitten. Actually, I was surprised that he said it was cute as I know that he doesn't like cats. I would love to get a kitten and some fish (to replace the ones that I left in Perth).

When I moved to Canberra, I was so lonely without my pets. When I moved in with my second flatmate, she had a cat and itwas the best. I had something to look forward to when I went home and pets are the best therapy.

And Ellen, I have to say this - this cutie is up there with Timmy in the looks department - I never thought I would say that!
