You up for Babylon tonight?
I'm going to log off soon before I go blind; I've been staring at stats for weeks, it seems. While it's too soon to know if we can save Kinnetik's ass (and mine) from further depredations, we'll hold onto the Toronto gallery for a while yet. I think we should take Peter with us up north this weekend, to help clear out the apartment. Among other things, it will be a lesson to him to see what "cutting back" actually means.
The good news (for a change), is that our March St. John-redux trip (G-rated version) will be possible, after all. We haven't discussed that, but I assume you realized it was subject to cancellation, along with many other luxury expenditures. However, since it's virtually paid for, we'd lose a big deposit by cancelling out now. And I think we can all use a "retreat," in every sense of the word.
