The King is coming....
...or that is what you would think with the way Lee is cleaning up around here.
His Dad and girlfriend are coming over and they haven't been here in nearly two years, and we haven't seen them for over a year. John is a wanker, plain and simple. WIsh he wasn't coming, but that's life.
Lee got home at 3pm from work and has only come in once, to eat subway, and is back out there again. Jobs have included mowing, weeding gardens, sweeping up, watering plants, cleaning pool and hiding lots of bits and pieces in the shed. Isn't unbelievable what can be achieved when dad is visiting...
I had to work today and once I picked the kids up from the bus stop I took Blake for a haircut, did the groceries, hired a dvd and ps2 game and bought maccas and subway. I have unpackled groceries, taken my work clothes off and eaten tea and now I want to unwind...yeh right!
The house is a tip, I have to leave for soccer in the morning at 8:15 and we won't be home till 11:30...with the *royals* due at 12:30pm. So guess what I will be doing tonight??
Anyway, I feel a 100% chirpier today. Work is great therapy!
No exercise since Tuesdays walk, but my eating has been spot on. I had a new pair of black pinstripe pants on today...size 14's, 1st time I've worn them and they are baggy now :)) Just a shame I didn't get my act into gear before buying a new "big" wardrobe!
I wore a black 3/4 sleeve shirt with them and I felt really good. Funny how different clothes (ie:not trackies)can change your attitude! As soon as I got home Lee commented on how great I looked. It's unusual to get comments like that unless we are going out somewhere, so it was a bit of a buzz.
Better go and get motivated to scrub the floors.
