Raining Jane

SO I find out if I am an RA on Wednesday. That's pretty exciting. This past week was pretty amazing. Let me tell you about it, cause I know you are dying to hear about it!
Sunday: Super Bowl... Steelers won. Tons of fun! Courtney and I were throwing things throughout the game.. it was a blast!
Monday: Nothing too exciting ...Let's skip it.
Tuesday: Lots of meetings for CAB and Raining Jaaaannee! So let me tell you about that! Green fishnets, army green mini skirt, black tank top, rockstylin' hair and make up, Mane black boots= an abso-effin-lutely amazing rockstar outfit. I would love to show you pictures, but apparently pictures don't work right now on LJ. Stupid LJ...yeah that's right.
ANYWAY! The concert was amazing and Raining Jane was hilarious! I'm so glad we got to be with them! They are so coool. Please do see them if you get the chance. It will be well worth it!
WEDNESDAY: Seacoast Idol came to UNH and I got to see people humiliate themselves on stage. Well..not everyone. My friend Zach was SO good, but he didn't get picked! I was so upset after seeing the supposed winners. And I missed class for it! OOPS! =X shhhhh. Also, that night, I was suppose to go see Raining Jane at St. A's with Becca and Matt, but realized I had lots of homework and after a long time convinced them that I really couldn't go. It was a great time had by all. Then I watched Project Runway and American Idol with Bartley and Courtney. Yay
THURSDAY: Spent a large portion of the day with Grant. We went and watched "Abre los Ojos" which is (from what I am told) the Spanish version of Vanilla Sky...haven't seen it! It was a pretty crazed up movie, but good nonetheless. We proceeded to the library whispering "Abre los Ojos" in the dramatic style used in the movie (though the giggling wasn't in the movie!) We then did our Spanish project and parted ways. He's a pretty cool kid. Came back home and got ready for my RA interview. Went there and realized I caught a break! I was told when I turned my application in that I couldn't interview with people I knew. However, when I got there, I sat down in a room with one of the people I went to NACA with!! I didn't know her super well, so they said it was fine. But it made the interview process a whole lot more relaxing! The second person I was interviewed by was not an RHD or SRA, but she was a senior member of the whole Res Life department! Pretty scary, but fine nonetheless...we shall wait and see on the verdict!
FRIDAY: Got up at the buttcrack of dawn, went through the classes of the day and went home to see my boy! We ended up watching part of the practice for the Olympics and Pink Panther. Hi.Lar.I.Ous. movie. Recommend highly.
SATURDAY: Basically did my laundry and lounged all day until 5. Then came back to UNH to get ready for Jukebox II. It was crazy. I was covered in cotton candy from head to toe..literally. Paul Ramsay the hypnotist was amazing. then we had CAB Idol from like.. 12 am to 1. It was awesomely good.
SUNDAY: women's hockey game. They are #1 in the Nation!! Yeah they are SO good! The men's team is 15th in the Nation and yet they sell out every game where as the women get like.. maybe 200 people. Makes me upset. But! I'm there for them! Saw Princess Bride tonight with Kris and Mark. They are pretty awesome too! =)
And now, I write a Spanish paper and go to bed. What a long, strange post this has been...........
pah, pah, pah, peace!
