I've been waking up at 3:00am these days. I am looking forward to the time change, because it will make my waking hours a tiny bit more normal. (I am still falling asleep at 7:00pm.)
I want to start weight lifting again, but I also remember sleeping in two phases, which is very restful, but incredibly inconvenient. The middle period between phases is kind of an awesome time, where you are really mellow but definitely awake. I sort of miss that, but I don't miss having 2-3 hours out of my day be in the middle of the night.
Instead, 2-3 hours of my day are in the early morning.
