I have been eating 3 plates full of vegetables every single day. I should be able to continue this when I start up working again, since I'll have more time in the mornings with a shorter commute, and there are tons of restaurants downtown that serve salads and stuff like that.
Liquid biotin is doing weird stuff to my face...the wrinkles around my eyes are disappearing, which is the last thing I expected. It is also giving me crazy amounts of energy.
I starting taking the max dose of cod liver oil on a daily basis, as instructed, and my skin is looking really different. It really looks like I was deficient in Vitamin A.
Exactly how many vitamins was I missing?
