Hazelnut oil is the best. It seems to do really good things to my scalp and skin.

I go through phases of liking different oils. For awhile it was almond oil, then walnut oil, and now hazelnut oil. I think they all have different unstudied micronutrients that are super good for you.

I try to always have avocado oil, since I think it is one of the best.

I just add them to RAW meal replacement shakes, which contain veggies and other good foods, and drink them without doing any cooking or much preparation.
