More cardio today, and I plan to wake up early in the morning and do it again. I'm still keeping the intensity very low, to prevent any risk of building muscle or getting ravenously hungry. I just want to burn off fat.
I'm just doing everything I can to really keep the intensity low.
According to my calculations I can get where I want to be in 4-6 months. I'm actually getting LESS hungry since I started doing cardio again, so I'm getting pretty optimistic.
I'm staying away from deadlifts and squats for awhile.
