This is why I should not allow my mother to stay up late with me watching "Psych" episodes
SCENE: My mum's kitchen, with my comic book sitting out on the table as I pour myself a bowl of cereal, my mother stopping to peer at the cover of said book
My mom: "... Who's that?"
Me: "The Flash."
My mom: "... He looks like he's going potty."
(Seriously, typing it out doesn't do her delivery justice. I am still having trouble looking at the cover of that comic book without losing it. I was tired and headachey from staying up so late for so many nights in a row (and also spending most of today lying on the couch watching TV and eating baked Lays by the bowlful), but you can't laugh that hard and stay headachey for long.)
Honestly, HOW am I supposed to move past this?? I'm not going to be able to look at a cover of "Flashpoint" without cracking up for WEEKS. And we've got three months to go ...
