and just so everyone can get the joke. In WoW if an NPC has a ! above their head and that person has a quest for you, and usually involves some sort of reward; money, food, drink, items, ect. When you've met the quest objective that persons ! turns into a ? which is colored yellow as well. I also <3 Gnomes, which gives this more points in awesomeness.
