(no subject)
Spring break is almost over- where did it go?
Lets see- 6 days with my parents visiting colleges:
U Penn- very nice, but a little large
Haverford- the Quaker Honor Code is awesome but 1,200 students isnt enough for me
Princeton- decided to skip it, only thought of visiting because my gpa went there and wants me to as well
Yale- wow, my dream school, love the campus, love the people, love the programs, only one slight problem, less than 10% of the 20,000 applicants get in
Wesleyan- a disappointment, at least in the way it was presented
Brown- a nice mix, but we didnt stay long, since we skipped princeton, cut the wesleyan visit short and didnt spend the night with my parents old cruising friends (they were very sick) we decided to drive up to Marblehead and visit another set of my parents friends, whom I love dearly, and we still flew home early (minus the 1 1/2 hr delay for the plane)
Overall- good, but I wish I got to spend more time with friends. I did however spent a chunk of time in Claires with Xena (Susie) and Ginger (Tori) where I got 10 accessories for $5. And a crappy grilled cheese too!
Im not ready for school though, so I better go hit the books.
