Braid is a really good game. If you missed out on the Humble Indie Bundle, well, you missed out. It's a fun puzzle game in the guise of an old-fashioned run-and-jump side-scroller. The trick is that you solve puzzles by manipulating time - rolling it forward and back, speeding it up and slowing it down, etc., though the exact mechanics change level by level, so it never gets old.
And the reviewers are right. The end is really really amazing.
I've been doing quite a bit of writing and editing as well. More word when it's done; I'm still in the tearing my hair out part. Can't wait to be done. Plenty of other things I'd rather spend my time on.
