So I've been tasked to bake a cheesecake for a staff function. I've got some ideas and am gonna put them out there:
- Lemon with mint leaf and shortbread crust
- Apple cinnamon
- The old standby: Lemon Vodka Cranberry with White Chocolate Lemon Glaze
- Orange Kiwi
I've also been toying with idea of making a savoury cheesecake that could be eaten as a side at dinner. It's not appropriate for this occasion, but it sounds interesting to me. I think something spicy would work well because the cream cheese would (hopefully) provide the fat to take the hotness away.
