Hey! last night after a fantastic drive home with the windows open and the music blaring, I decided to go work out some of my energy and headed to the gym. I've noticed that about my gym as well. Exercising in the morning before work is probably the better choice all around, but the scenery is much nicer in the evening...

I guess it is nice to have cute boys around (doesn't do anything for me) but you missed seeing the handsome man because I was not there. I am humble too. ;)

I've lost an inch around my bust, an inch and a half around my waist, and another inch around my hips. No wonder my pants keep falling off.
I'm not eating a lot - that's the thing I am noticing... and my physical activity is the sort where it is less intense, but of longer duration, rather than the sprinting attitude I use when I go through the gym routine. I think its the sustained efforts that use full body motion that's causing the sudden change in my physiology.

I am a fan of full body motions for exercise programs especially for fat loss. Probably because the program that I use follows that approach.
