(no subject)
today can be described in no other word than perfect.
I went to Alex's house around 2:30 and walked up to the front door
and right before I reached it he walked out in full uniform
and gave me the best hug ever, not letting go of me for a long time.
when he finally did pull away it was so that he could kiss me
and again it was another completely amazing kiss.
then we got his bags from his car and brought them in
to his old room where he was sort of staying while home.
after that we ended up going to Target to buy pants and shirts
and then to Circuit City cause he hadn't listened to music
since he left for basic. when we were in line though to check out
I pulled out his dog tags and was asking him about them
and the woman at the checkout counter asked what branch
of the military he was in, and when he said national guard
she said she was in it to. then they talked in a bunch
of army lingo that I did not understand at all, but oh well.
I found it kind of entertaining =]
then we went back to his house and when his mom asked
if I was staying for dinner, which I didn't even answer
cause Alex decided on his own that I was gonna be staying.
we sat in the kitchen and talked to his mom for a while while she cooked
then one of his mom's friends came over to see him
and she brought two disposable cameras and decided to line
me, him, and his mom all up to take a picture, since they
apparently don't take any. then his dad came home
and the friend made us all line up, Alex with his arm around me,
and his dad with his arm around his mom. I really wanna see them
when they come out =] hopefully I'll be able to.
after that Jake came over and his mom cooked us steaks
which was really nice. and then I had to go home
and Alex walked me to my car and kissed me goodbye
and it was just so perfect. the entire day. i loved it so much.
