WARNING: speech entry (what else?)
schedule for friday went up......not one of my judges is someone i've had before, but hey, with one with a last name like "frickstad" i can't worry ;)
i don't have any rounds with last year's 3rd place, and i don't have any rounds with a girl that is apparently really good (according to someone on the facebook minnesota speech group......shut up)
i go 4th, 1st, 6th....and they're doing 4 rooms of 6 this year. hopefully that's a good thing... (at least it's 2 fewer speeches to sit through per round)
1st round i go against a guy that was at state last year that wasn't very good. 2nd round i go against the guy that beat me at princeton...but i was on script and it was before i rewrote it. last round i go against another person who was at state last year...and she wasn't very good either.
gah i'm NERVOUS!!! ugh and i'm going to have to do especially well 2nd round...have a lot of energy...to stick out in the judges mind since i go 1st......actually her name looks familiar....maybe i've had that judge before...
anyway....i'm seriously freaking out....
