So my dad took me to Aaron Brothers today to pick up some inks. [For the record, did you know that stuff stains?] And... ::drum roll:: everything in that store is 25% off. Very nice. Anyways, got inks, have found my media, am happy, glorypraisethelordhalleluja, end of story.

There are some people who are really making their names embedded into my list of: "SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF MISERY". As of today, this includes my driving instructor. I made the mistake of using some big word near him and he determined that it was time to bring me down baby, down. Unfortunately for him -and much to my later amusement- this was a disaster.

The end result was him shouting at me in a rather nasal cockney accent that "Oh, really now, you dont say!"

My dad located a home video my mother made when she was about in middle school or so. I have only seen about two pictures of her brother -who later died in a mental hospital-, and her father. I met her mother twice -I think-, before she passed away in '95. My mother looks exactly like Maris. This is including the makeup. Exactly...it's really creepy. The film is old and grainy and it feels wierd to step back and watch my mom when she was younger then I am interact with her family. Her brother, even more eerily, is presented as a mime the entire time: white makeup and gloves and black hat. Heavy-ass foreshadowing there, my God. And there was my grandfather, showing off his cars. He loved his cars, evidently.

The morals, therefore, of today are:

"If you have a driving lesson with Bond with a guy named Mr Potter, refuse to get in the car."
"You are your parents at your age. Be glad you're not their age yet."
"Even if the bottle says 'non-waterproof', it still stains."
