Sadly...some do not believe in their convictions as strongly as you Jomy.

Unfortunately some people would rather not have to face painful truths or deal with their fears, so they take the easiest option to protect themselves.

I don't want to believe that.

It's not a pleasant thought I know. But sad as it is, some people can't change.

I don't believe that, either.

People change everyday, even a little. Opinions and knowledge sculpt their way of thinking.

It can depend on how long they've lived the way they have though. After so many years, a lifetime of wrong, some have fallen into the illusion of believing they can only live a certain way, or worse, that their way is right despite what they do.
