In the previous stories in this series I've shown Tohma's more manipulative side but for this I wanted to go back to a time when he trusted and allowed himself to be made vulnerable with disasterous results and how that might have contributed to the hardening of his defenses. And of course I'm always interested in speculating on who Kitazawa was and what Eiri meant to him.

I love your style, you're an excellent writer and it seems so rare nowdays. I'm glad you mentioned about Seguchi's relationship with Ryuichi. Maybe it wasn't presented as a real pairing, but I got a hint, and to be honest it's the only pairing with Seguchi I like.
