you won't fool the children of the revolution

What up guys. School is not too far from being over, but it's stressing me out this week, as usual. However, I am excited to go to Chicago in a couple of weeks! The down side is that Constance can't get into bars 'cause she's a young'un. But, although this may sound lame I guess, I don't think I want to go to bars, really. I mean, I sort of do because I don't want to spend my one evening in Chicago in a hotel room, but I think maybe we could find something else to do, like walk around or talk to people. Then again, I may be extremely exhausted from waking up at 5 am on that Saturday, and konk out at 11 or 12 pm. It doesn't matter, really! I'm going to live there in 5 years or less, so I'll see it all in due time.

Another thing about the trip is this: on the 5 hour drive there, I'm am going to be dying from not being able to smoke. But that's ok. I will keep my hands busy by knitting on the way there and back! I have promised Doug T and Blake hats, but I think I'll try and complete this in the 10-hour drive, because i want a cute apron this summer while I'm learning how to cook.  Especially since all but one of my finals will be over, so I won't have to worry about studying.  I have set so many goals for myself this summer!  I think I've told you guys these already, but I'll say them again:

* Learn to cook
*Knit a shit-ton of stuff, including a completed sweater/shirt.  I'd love to do this sweater in different colors, but I'm not that good yet.  I'll probably end up knitting a simple sweater for Blake or myself that looks like this.
*Read atleast 4-6 books
*Rent a ton of stuff from netflix to make up for hardly watching any movies throughout the school year.
*Hang out a bunch, form a knitting circle.  Seriously.  let's do it.

Project in Moon's class was postponed until next Wednesday.  Awesome.  But,now I have 2 tests, a 20-minute presentation, a project, and 3 assignments to complete.  yuck.
