So after finally getting a digital camera, I started using my damn flickr account. Hooray.
I went to Bend, OR with my family to go inner tubing for a couple of days. While most of the time was spent either watching television in the hotel room or in the car driving in treacherous weather, the actual time spent on the mountain and in the snow made the trip well worth the time away from Russell and our on-going Madden 06 tournament.
But now I'm back and fighting off bits of depression and anxiety, trying to surround myself with good people and good places, but I keep wanting to be around the very sources of my anxiety. A glutton for punishment, I know.
But it's New Year's Eve and I've decided to avoid parties this evening. I've had offers (just in case there was any question about the coolness that i just exude), but with just about a week left before school starts, I'm about read to spend as much time at home as I possibly can before school and work rips me away from my comfy apartment for several hours a day.
Instead I've got a bottle of cheap vodka, a bottle of expensive tequila, various mixers, a couple of friends, and Mario Party 7. Everything is good for this evening.
Oh, and I'm coming to Salem on Tuesday. I'll be there for a couple of days. So for the two or three of you from Salem who read this, let's get together and make stains. Alrighty.
