Thanks for this - liked it a lot. I loved the pacing and rhythm of the narrative, with the shifts in time and your ability to capture so much emotion in subtle detail. Your prose is lovely. I especially like your deft touch with Harry's emotional state. Have read too many fics where that post-Sirius state of mind is handled predictably or clumsily and it ruins the whole thing for me. I found your evocation of it credible and affecting.

Off to find more of your fic now. :)

Gee, thank you! That was really reassuring because I had such a hard time with this, and I ultimately just gave up and worried afterwards that it would sound incomplete and left hanging at some points *sheepish* But anyway, thanks a lot for your comments! :)

Well, I write mostly Draco/Ginny, but I've tried my hand at a bunch of ships (D/Hr, Bellatrix/Rodolphus, Harry/Draco, etc.)
