Ode to Indecisiveness
I don't know exactly why, but for some reason I've been in the writing frame of mind lately, of course that happens after I've finished the majority of my college application essays...
Ode to Indecisiveness:
There are far too many ways in which to express indecision, and I certainly can not choose just one. Shall I utilize a stream of constant contradictory questions? Yes? No? Perhaps witty rhetoric would suffice. I had difficulty even with the simple selections, such as tense. I could cleverly create a cachaphony of clashing sounds, or allow my weathered fingers to press upon an intricate pattern of gray cube-shaped keys providing an explosion of imagery. Like an exacting simile, I could call on comparison, or better yet I could be a metaphor. Alas, there are far to many possiblities to simply settle, and thus I leave it up to you to choose.
