My alarm rings on a Monday morning And I wake up feeling blue,
And I drag my feet out of bed, Trudging my way to school
My alarm rings on a Tuesday morning, And I march to school with zest, Because on Tuesday, I have CCA And my CCA is the best
My alarm rings on a Wednesday morning, And I wake up in seventh heaven, Because Geography is taught today
And that subject is my obsession
My alarm rings on Thursday morning,
And I’m running out of steam,
My mind is buzzing with so much homework And it makes me want to scream
My alarm rings on a Friday morning, And I wake up on cloud nine,
It’s the last day of school this week And I’ve been coping just fine
On Saturday, my alarm is silenced
And for once, I feel rejuvenated Finally, no more school today
And that just makes me elated
On Sunday, my alarm is silenced
But today I wake up with dread
Because tomorrow, I’ll feel blue again And I’ll be hanging on a thread.
