I have not been reading as much to the youngest and it makes me feel kinda guilty sometimes. I tried to surf for some interesting poems and read to her though.

Don't Mind the Mat.
We're not as formal as all that.

I'll take your hat, I'll take your coat,
And feed them to the Billy Goat.

Sit, please sit.
And stay a while.
Afford me a moment,
To make you smile!

If I could touch the sky.

If I could touch the sky, I would grab a star
And hang it in my bedroom.

If I could touch the sky, I would pull down the moon
And use it to light up my room.

If I could touch the sky, I'll catch a cloud
And use it for my pillow.

If I could touch the sky, I'll give away all the stars that are there
And sprinkle them everywhere!
