Genting Trip - Day 1
Just came back from a 3D/2N trip to Genting. It's the first time we went to Genting with the girls. We stayed at First World Hotel where the theme parks are and the place is really a Children Wonderland! So many fun rides. There's an indoor and outdoor theme park, a safari splash pool, Snow World, game arcade, bowling, archery etc etc. We didn't even have time to try beyond the first two theme park.
Day 1
As it's a group tour, we have to gather at the pick up point at 6 a.m. in the morning! There's no problem waking the girls up as they were all very excited about the trip.
By 5.30 a.m. we were all ready to go.
It's the first time the girls took a coach.
The first stop was a short break at Yong Peng.
Andrea was awake throughout the rest of the journey and chose to sit besides her favourite cousin Claire. The 2 girls were chatting incessantly and entertained by Aunty Ivy who pretend to be the monster and Xiao Jiu who taught them how to blow bubble from chewing gum. Claire even succeeded after a few attempts.
By the time reached First World Hotel in Genting, it was already 2pm.

After checking into our room, we wasted no time exploring the hotel. We bought the 2-day-all-parks ticket so that we can play at both the indoor and outdoor theme park.

We took this caterpillar monorail which goes around both the indoor and outdoor theme park and gave us an overview of the place.

There are so many rides and the girls were thrilled. Still, it was a l..o...n...g day for the girls. By 9 p.m., they were visibly worn out. So, we have an early night for them to recharge and prepare for a fun-filled day tomorrow.
