I feel I should write something...
...But what? Should I comment on the prevalence of marriages currently and how (I am ashamed to say) I am now fed up of going to other people's weddings? No, I can't say that, because that would be rude. But then again, this is my journal, isn't it?
Should I comment on how scarily close we are to running out of money - and by that I mean really running out of money, not "ooh we're skint again but we have thousands of pounds in savings"? No, because that would be depressing.
Okay, well I can probably talk about our holiday. We took Thomas to the sealife centre in Southend which was cool and groovy and had fishes and water and lasted just about long enough to retain his attention. We also went to Colchester Zoo which is ace and lasted a whole day and was a bit much for Thomas but Mummy had fun. And Grandad came too which was cool especially as he paid for stuff (more or less everything).
And my car has been serviced and there is a VERY slim chance I will manage to hang on to the warranty despite having gone 5,500 miles over the recommended service level...
