So I decided I am sick and tired of how lazy I am all the fricken time. I am doing a complete lifestyle change. Here is what from now on I am going to do,
-eat to live, healthy food that will fuel me(more organic)
-run/walk 3 times a week
-yoga/pilates at least twice a week
-swim once a week
-NO sitting in front of the tv, I will only allow myself to watch it if I am running or something.
-NO fast food AT ALL. (Im not bad on this, but I have to put in for my sake.)
-Only straight up coffee or tea, no fattening stuff
-Organize everything/keep it there
-Give away EVERYTHING I dont need or have some emotional attachment to
-Drive less becuase its better for the environment
-Recycle everything I can
-NO SMOKING OR DRINKING - except for once in awhile hehe
-Take my medicine everyday
-Give a shit about what I look like
-Take the time to smell the roses and experience life around me in the moment
Ok well that is what I am going to strive for right now. It seems like a lot but I think if I look at it as a new beginning then it wont be. I do think I am going to do a detox before this though, cleanse my system out and start fresh. This time its for good, I know it. No diets, no crazy workout schedule to run a million miles, just a guideline and my new life.
