Uhh Maybe tint them.. with like a Dark Blue exclusion, but just them not the words.
I like that icon :o)

Umm, playing with the brightness/contrast...different colors.
maybe a brush...
moving the words, maybe...
It's totally up to you though, just giving suggestions.
