I absolutely love the Martin Luther King Assembly. Mr. Higgs and Mr. Gearing are so sweet. Too bad it was Mr. Higgs's last MLK Assembly performance :o(. I'm never gonna forget them singing. Or the slide show. Or the fact that it always runs over and we don't do anything else for the rest of the day, lol.
Ski Club was so much fun! On the bus Steve pointed out that it was Friday the 13th and there was a full moon and the bus driver made fun of him, lol. I skied w/Katie and Meg, which was really good because I never get to see either of them anymore. "That's what she said!", my awesome Spanish accent, Meg describing the time she saw a couple "freakskiing" (I totally coined the term), renaming $20's "Old Hickorys" (or Hickorys, for short), my poles vs. Ferris's manpower, Meg kicking Steve in the butt really hard, and me tripping over a bag for like 3 steps were the highlights of the night. Also, a group of boys from our grade attempted to do a shirtless run, but the Holiday Valley official stopped them. The official went away, the boys went about 2 feet down the hill, and proceeded to do the shirtless run. Fun times. It was also humorous because there was a gaggle of girls like staring at them, and we were all like haha, you're dumb. And before Ski Club started, Caitlin, Wubbs and I went to Subway (where Katelyn was working) and we were like flipping out because we thought we were gonna miss the bus, lol, but it turned out that we had perfect timing. So next week we're going to Subway earlier and having a "Subway Party". The NoBlonians will be so jealous.
2006 Australian Open coverage begins Sunday at 7 PM on ESPN2!! Hopefully I can get my math project done before then (yeah right, I doubt I'm going to start it before then, lol I really just don't care anymore, even though that's a lie).
Does anybody know what the ingredients in the Bio Lab for DNA were used for (meat tenderizer, detergent, etc.)? Because I know that we have to put that in the one lab...and I quite frankly don't know what they're used for.
I want to read The Dalai Lama's book on happiness. The Dalai Lama is so cool. I want to read an innumerable amount of books. It's quite possible that I would learn more if I didn't go to school.
By the way, Eli P. was that 8th grader who kicked my backpack over and ran away laughing. He must pay.
And this has to be said - Mike resigning?! What a bunch of Mularkey!
