Hugging, kissing, touching, flirting with this character? HAHAHAHAHA, if you're prepared to get punched in the jejunum for your efforts, then you can try. Chances are, however, unless your character's very quick on their feet, they're very unlikely to get close enough to actually do anything. Except maybe flirting from a safe distance. Unfortunately, he or she will need to be pretty strong or pretty quick to prevent the inevitable backlash of his tonfa.
