More about Kisa than you EVER NEEDED TO KNOW. Also for my own reference, since some of this is canon information.
Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is she heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
Around... 4'8" or 4'9" in height (though I can't remember if Takaya made that when she actually got a little taller later in the series, so she might be shorter) and she weighs around 70 pounds. She's a very petite and delicate-looking kid.
2. How old is she?
Twelve! She wouldn't be turning thirteen for the rest of the year in canon.
3. Describe her posture. Does she carry herself well or does she slouch?
I can in no way say that Kisa carries herself with confidence, but she's got good posture when it comes to... say, having an audience with Akito while sitting. But she slumps when she's disheartened and lowers her head quite a bit. Kind of hunches and droops when she's scared.
4. How is her health? Is she fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Kisa's about the medium between people like Yuki with his asthma and Rin with her... condition and the healthier members, like Hatsuharu or Hiro. She seems a little frail, since she was weak enough to transform out in the rain when she didn't actually catch a cold-- her body just couldn't handle the strain.
But she's kept in shape. As for a condition, I'm not sure what I'd call her curse. Because transforming into a tiger cub every time she's weak or gets hugged by a male does cause its fair share of problems.
5. How does she move? Is she clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
Generally tentative, hesitant movements, but once she becomes engrossed in what she's doing, she can't move fast enough to be close to someone important. So lots of little, fast steps that she can't always curb until she runs into that person. Ahaha, her movements get a lot livelier when she's happy.
And I'm going to say she's graceful enough to participate in the Zodiac dance. So when she puts her mind to it, yes. Kisa is plenty graceful.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does she perceive herself in the mirror?
ALL THE ZODIAC PEOPLE ARE DISTURBINGLY ATTRACTIVE.
However, according to the manga-ka herself, Kisa's in contention for being either the first or second most beautiful character in the series. She attracts a lot of attention from the older boys at Tohru's school until Hatsuharu scoops her up, pfft. She's still at the point where she's learning how to like herself, and because she was teased so harshly for the way she looked, she really doesn't think of herself as beautiful or pretty or anything like that. It's why she gets so flustered in Route when kids close to her age (like Ken and Miles) think her hair is pretty.

Light and clear!

It's gold-- well, kind of a tawny golden-orange color. The texture itself is very fine and silky, and the style's a little unusual. She's got the side sections being long, but the back is quite a bit shorter.

The exact same color as her hair. It's probably kind of unsettling when you see them for the first time.

Kind of casual-- Kisa's just starting to like dresses, and she seems comfortable in the simple, cute styles. Again according to Takaya, she's not too happy in frilly, ultra-feminine dresses and she doesn't like bright and flashy colors. HER HAIR IS BRIGHT ENOUGH. So whites and simple pastels, things like that are fine with her.
13. Do her clothes fit well? Does she seem comfortable in them?

14. Does she dress the same on the job as she does in her free time? If not, what are the differences?
She doesn't have a job, she's twelve. :(

Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
Ignoring the Italian subtitles, she sounds like this. She actually speaks at a lower pitch than Tohru, so it's not very high or nasal at all. Just adds a bit of character to a whisper-like tone.
2. How does she normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does she talk easily, or does she hesitate?
SHE HESITATES A LOT. Kisa only ever talks rapidly when she deems it important and just wouldn't have the will to finish her sentence if she didn't blurt it all out in one rush. Like when she invites Tohru over to play and it's just pleasecomeoverifthat'sokay... please?? But yes, she's incredibly softspoken and she tends to pause when she speaks. But she's getting better. I think she talks most easily with Ritsu and Cocona. And with people like Asmo and Kyo, she's really bad. XD
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
None whatsoever.
4. What language/s does she speak, and with how much fluency?
She speaks Japanese! And that's about it. Probably just starting to learn English, but I don't know when they start teaching it in Japan.
5. Does she switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
Nooope.
6. Is she a good impromptu speaker, or does she have to think about her words?
Every time Kisa's spoken abruptly, it's a whole lot of stammering. ;; She's someone who very carefully considers her words before she speaks, mainly because of the teasing. She's still braced for saying the wrong thing, especially when her classmates mocked her every time she spoke at all. So she's become kind of a slowly deliberate speaker. She's the most candid with Hiro, though, when she gets upset at him for hurting Tohru with his words.
7. Is she eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
How to put this... Kisa's feelings are something she can actually articulate rather well, it's just a matter of staying quiet to let her say them. But she kind of has trouble holding normal conversations with people, and tends to resort to actions rather than words. Nodding and her expressions, that sort of thing.
Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is she book-smart or street-smart?
She's a good student and a smart kid. With, um. Well, she's still pretty innocent to things, so ahaha what is being street-smart.
2. Does she think on her feet, or does she need time to deliberate?
Deliberate deliberate DELIBERATE. The only time she's ever thought on her feet is when she's a tiger, and she just kind of instinctively bites whatever scares her and makes a run for it.
3. Describe the character's thought process. Is she more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
Intuitive. Kisa tries her best to handle situations, but ultimately, she overthinks stuff and keeps her problems to herself to the point where they get so much worse and she finds herself without a way out. She's so ashamed of not being able to cope with her teasing and absolutely terrified that her mother will grow to hate her that she ends up running away instead of speaking up about it.
But her intuition also allowed her to see that Tohru also had things deep inside her that she was keeping secret, painful feelings, and that was what she told Hiro before she ran off in tears. In Route, it's made her realize that so many people are hurting without actually saying anything.
4. What kind of education has the character had?
She's currently at a private middle school (lol Sohma influence) as a first-year! And it's not... exactly fun; going to school is still hard, but she's trying her best.
5. What are her areas of expertise? What, if anything, is she interested in learning more about?
SHE'S REALLY GOOD AT BITING PEOPLE WHEN SHE'S FUZZY AND ADORABLE-- /face in hands
Um, well, in Route, she somehow has a close bond with Pokémon-- and not just her own. She's become pretty skilled at raising babies, and wouldn't mind learning more about Pokémon in general.

INTROVERT INTROVERT INTROVERT.
7. Describe the character's temperament. Is she even-tempered or does she have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
Kisa's pretty even-tempered. After she returned to school, she's brighened up, so her smiles come more easily now. She still tends to go along with things, and it's rare for her to get angry. Like. Very, very rare.
8. How does she respond to new people or situations? Is she suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
TIMID ALLLL THE WAY. Kisa's not too comfortable among crowds or strangers, especially if she's by herself. She gets distressed when problems arise for people she cares for, and is known to worry quite a bit or try to make placatory gestures when Hiro inevitably pisses somebody off. It's a lot of flailing, though. When Kisa's uncomfortable, you'll definitely know.

React. By squeaking and flailing and generally not being of much help.

Flight. Or, as I always say, both when she's a tiger. You don't ever want to corner her.

Kisa's the kind of person who would fret over someone if pranks happened, and she's still sort of sensitive to teasing. There are some jokes and puns that make her giggle, though.

SHE IS POSSESSED BY THE SPIRIT OF THE CHINESE ZODIAC'S TIGER-- no, she's fine.
13. What moments in this character's life have defined her as a person?
Meeting Akito for the first time is apparently a huge thing for the Zodiac members, because that was when Kisa first felt the strength of that bond. Um, Akito attacking her without Kisa knowing WHY and landing her in the hospital, because that's when she became truly afraid of Akito and that's also when Hiro started avoiding her, so she didn't have that support when the bullying started. The bullying, of course and ultimately, Tohru telling Kisa she loved her and Yuki telling her how to come to like herself. So, I guess... when Kisa finally spoke again and said she had to do her best.
14. What does she fear?
Oh god she is so goddamn terrified of Akito you don't even know. And she's afraid of people coming to hate her-- especially in Route. She feels awful for keeping her biggest secret from people like Cocona and her travelmates and friends, but she's so scared that telling them about what she really is will cause them to hate or fear her.
And she's scared of her important people ever getting hurt.
15. What are her hopes or aspirations?
She wants to be free of her curse. A-and she also wants to be able to greet people normally fffffffff Kisa why are you so timid. I think she'd like to be useful to the people around her, and to one day actually reach a point where she genuinely likes being herself.
16. What is something she doesn't want anyone to find out about her?
That she's cursed by the vengeful spirit of the Chinese Zodiac's Tiger and, in all actuality, she wouldn't be able to get close to the majority of her travel group or Roxas or Ken or Miles or fffffffffff
The truth will come out eventually, though. I'm sure of it.
Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with her parents.
She loves her mommy, and her mommy loves her, even if there's a lot of stress from being the mother of a Zodiac kid and she was pretty harsh in her criticism when she first found Kisa, so that her daughter was almost rejected. But Tohru brought things to light, and they're still very close. She's just an overprotective mother at the heart of it.
As for her father, this is total head-canon, because we only know he exists, but he and Kisa aren't close. He can't hold his daughter and there's kind of a lack of affection between them. He can't understand her. So she gets the fatherly headpats and stuff from people like Hatori and Shigure.
2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
Nope, she's an only child.
3. Are there other blood relatives to whom she is close? Are there ones she can't stand?
HI AKITOOOOOO. Um, besides her god, there are the other members of the Juunishi. In particular, Kisa's closest to Hiro (who's closest to her age), Hatsuharu, and Kagura. But she seems to be pretty close to Momiji, too, and she's grown closer to Ritsu in Route.
Um, Kyo kind of intimidates the crap out of her. :( And Akito is both the one she loves deeply and is scared stiff of. ;;
4. Are there other, unrelated people whom she considers part of her family? What are her relationships with them?
Back home, Tohru. Tohru was definitely like a sister to her.
And in Route... in terms of brothers, Roxas, Artemis, and Korea. Sisters... Naminé. She thinks of Ur as an aunt, too.
5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?
No one in canon, and in Route, it's Cocona! They met when Kisa was being a failure at catching Pokémon. Wataru's her second best friend, and they met around the same time. He travels with them now.
6. Does she have other close friends?
Ken and Miles are getting there. She kind of hit it off with Ken immediately, and Miles has been nothing but nice. And she... still really likes Kisame and looks up to him. Will possibly start duckling... ing Data Riku soon, too.
7. Does she make friends easily, or does she have trouble getting along with people?
Not... exactly easily. Kisa has a hard time approaching people, and is still so very shy when they approach her, but if they can establish some kind of common ground, it's a lot easier. It does take some effort, though, to get to friendship status with her.

Family, though this may not be entirely Kisa's true feelings. For her and for the other Juunishi, Akito is "both a source of terror that they can't defy, and someone precious that they love from the bottom of their hearts." The most important person in her life is the head of the family, and until Kisa's curse is broken, that will never change. Plus, she really does love her family.
In Route, she's come to realize how precious her friends are, however, and would likely risk a lot to help them.

Single, she's twelve. :|

NO, SHE'S TWELVE.

Kisa hasn't realized Hiro's feelings and has never really had a crush. So she doesn't have one either, except both Wataru and Ken are really good at flustering her, so who knows. She could very well develop one.

She... doesn't?? Kisa probably goes for someone with a good heart, though. Someone she feels utterly safe and accepted with.

No, and she will not even consider being a mother until her curse is GONE WITH THE WIND.

I think Akito views the girls of the Zodiac as rivals, being as Kagura is the only one who was never attacked, and both Kisa and Rin were injured when it was brought to Akito's attention that Hiro and Hatsuharu had feelings for them But Kisa doesn't understand that.

Kisa is a Pisces (and will be out of the birthday zone in four more days awwyeah because what is actually having a canon day)! It's entirely true that she's got a gentle, compassionate and submissive nature and tends to give more than she ever asks for. And yes, she can be secretive and vague, especially when something bothers her.
In the case of the Chinese Zodiac, I'm referring to the spirit possessing her than her actual year. Which is ironic, because Kisa doesn't really have too many traits besides the sincere and affectionate part. And, you know. OBSTINATE.
2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in her life?
Akito is God, you can't go against God, the end.
3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
I wouldn't say personal-- she just has a conscience and she does everything in her power not to make others feel bad. She felt awful for biting Tohru, even though it was instinctive. When it comes to the eggs she breeds, she will never ever sell one, preferring that she knows they're going to a good home and being content with that.
4. How does she regard beliefs that differ from hers? Is she tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
She's tolerant. If it involves her, she at least tries to explain it, but never once has Kisa forced someone to accept something they didn't want to.

Kisa is like the least prejudiced person ever, get out.

The Zodiac members all get a monthly allowance, and the Sohma family is huge and rich, so Kisa's well-off. Here, she's been working, so she's most definitely not broke, even though she doesn't sell eggs.

Upper class?? Upper-middle idek, Kisa's never let it influence her personality. She's still a very modest little girl.
3. Where does she live? House, apartment, trailer? Is her home her castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does she share it with others?
She lives inside the Sohma estate with her parents. And the estate is absurdly huge, since I... can't remember the exact number, but there's about fifty Sohmas living inside, and one hundred living out? It's very well-kept, of course, but she spends her time either with her mother or with Hiro's family.
4. Besides the basic necessities, what does she spend her money on?
Probably... Mogeta stuff and cute things like stuffed animals. In Route, she's always buying treats for Pokémon-- not just hers.

Kisa's favorite food is nira-tama and she's not a fan at all of dry, crumbly food. That's about the extent of her pickiness, and she definitely does not skip meals.

Kisa's the kind of person who would fret over someone if pranks happened, and she's still sort of sensitive to teasing. There are some jokes and puns that make her giggle, though.

SHE IS POSSESSED BY THE SPIRIT OF THE CHINESE ZODIAC'S TIGER-- no, she's fine.
13. What moments in this character's life have defined her as a person?
Meeting Akito for the first time is apparently a huge thing for the Zodiac members, because that was when Kisa first felt the strength of that bond. Um, Akito attacking her without Kisa knowing WHY and landing her in the hospital, because that's when she became truly afraid of Akito and that's also when Hiro started avoiding her, so she didn't have that support when the bullying started. The bullying, of course and ultimately, Tohru telling Kisa she loved her and Yuki telling her how to come to like herself. So, I guess... when Kisa finally spoke again and said she had to do her best.
14. What does she fear?
Oh god she is so goddamn terrified of Akito you don't even know. And she's afraid of people coming to hate her-- especially in Route. She feels awful for keeping her biggest secret from people like Cocona and her travelmates and friends, but she's so scared that telling them about what she really is will cause them to hate or fear her.
And she's scared of her important people ever getting hurt.
15. What are her hopes or aspirations?
She wants to be free of her curse. A-and she also wants to be able to greet people normally fffffffff Kisa why are you so timid. I think she'd like to be useful to the people around her, and to one day actually reach a point where she genuinely likes being herself.
16. What is something she doesn't want anyone to find out about her?
That she's cursed by the vengeful spirit of the Chinese Zodiac's Tiger and, in all actuality, she wouldn't be able to get close to the majority of her travel group or Roxas or Ken or Miles or fffffffffff
The truth will come out eventually, though. I'm sure of it.
Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with her parents.
She loves her mommy, and her mommy loves her, even if there's a lot of stress from being the mother of a Zodiac kid and she was pretty harsh in her criticism when she first found Kisa, so that her daughter was almost rejected. But Tohru brought things to light, and they're still very close. She's just an overprotective mother at the heart of it.
As for her father, this is total head-canon, because we only know he exists, but he and Kisa aren't close. He can't hold his daughter and there's kind of a lack of affection between them. He can't understand her. So she gets the fatherly headpats and stuff from people like Hatori and Shigure.
2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
Nope, she's an only child.
3. Are there other blood relatives to whom she is close? Are there ones she can't stand?
HI AKITOOOOOO. Um, besides her god, there are the other members of the Juunishi. In particular, Kisa's closest to Hiro (who's closest to her age), Hatsuharu, and Kagura. But she seems to be pretty close to Momiji, too, and she's grown closer to Ritsu in Route.
Um, Kyo kind of intimidates the crap out of her. :( And Akito is both the one she loves deeply and is scared stiff of. ;;
4. Are there other, unrelated people whom she considers part of her family? What are her relationships with them?
Back home, Tohru. Tohru was definitely like a sister to her.
And in Route... in terms of brothers, Roxas, Artemis, and Korea. Sisters... Naminé. She thinks of Ur as an aunt, too.
5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?
No one in canon, and in Route, it's Cocona! They met when Kisa was being a failure at catching Pokémon. Wataru's her second best friend, and they met around the same time. He travels with them now.
6. Does she have other close friends?
Ken and Miles are getting there. She kind of hit it off with Ken immediately, and Miles has been nothing but nice. And she... still really likes Kisame and looks up to him. Will possibly start duckling... ing Data Riku soon, too.
7. Does she make friends easily, or does she have trouble getting along with people?
Not... exactly easily. Kisa has a hard time approaching people, and is still so very shy when they approach her, but if they can establish some kind of common ground, it's a lot easier. It does take some effort, though, to get to friendship status with her.

Family, though this may not be entirely Kisa's true feelings. For her and for the other Juunishi, Akito is "both a source of terror that they can't defy, and someone precious that they love from the bottom of their hearts." The most important person in her life is the head of the family, and until Kisa's curse is broken, that will never change. Plus, she really does love her family.
In Route, she's come to realize how precious her friends are, however, and would likely risk a lot to help them.

Single, she's twelve. :|

NO, SHE'S TWELVE.

Kisa hasn't realized Hiro's feelings and has never really had a crush. So she doesn't have one either, except both Wataru and Ken are really good at flustering her, so who knows. She could very well develop one.

She... doesn't?? Kisa probably goes for someone with a good heart, though. Someone she feels utterly safe and accepted with.

No, and she will not even consider being a mother until her curse is GONE WITH THE WIND.

I think Akito views the girls of the Zodiac as rivals, being as Kagura is the only one who was never attacked, and both Kisa and Rin were injured when it was brought to Akito's attention that Hiro and Hatsuharu had feelings for them But Kisa doesn't understand that.

Kisa is a Pisces (and will be out of the birthday zone in four more days awwyeah because what is actually having a canon day)! It's entirely true that she's got a gentle, compassionate and submissive nature and tends to give more than she ever asks for. And yes, she can be secretive and vague, especially when something bothers her.
In the case of the Chinese Zodiac, I'm referring to the spirit possessing her than her actual year. Which is ironic, because Kisa doesn't really have too many traits besides the sincere and affectionate part. And, you know. OBSTINATE.
2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in her life?
Akito is God, you can't go against God, the end.
3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
I wouldn't say personal-- she just has a conscience and she does everything in her power not to make others feel bad. She felt awful for biting Tohru, even though it was instinctive. When it comes to the eggs she breeds, she will never ever sell one, preferring that she knows they're going to a good home and being content with that.
4. How does she regard beliefs that differ from hers? Is she tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
She's tolerant. If it involves her, she at least tries to explain it, but never once has Kisa forced someone to accept something they didn't want to.

Kisa is like the least prejudiced person ever, get out.
Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is she rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?
The Zodiac members all get a monthly allowance, and the Sohma family is huge and rich, so Kisa's well-off. Here, she's been working, so she's most definitely not broke, even though she doesn't sell eggs.
2. What is her social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected her?
Upper class?? Upper-middle idek, Kisa's never let it influence her personality. She's still a very modest little girl.
3. Where does she live? House, apartment, trailer? Is her home her castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does she share it with others?
She lives inside the Sohma estate with her parents. And the estate is absurdly huge, since I... can't remember the exact number, but there's about fifty Sohmas living inside, and one hundred living out? It's very well-kept, of course, but she spends her time either with her mother or with Hiro's family.
4. Besides the basic necessities, what does she spend her money on?
Probably... Mogeta stuff and cute things like stuffed animals. In Route, she's always buying treats for Pokémon-- not just hers.

M-Mogeta is totally an interest now. Given the chance, I could see Kisa becoming an anime fan, but she doesn't have very well-defined hobbies. She likes the park!? As long as she's with someone she likes, she's happy.

Kisa's favorite food is nira-tama and she's not a fan at all of dry, crumbly food. That's about the extent of her pickiness, and she definitely does not skip meals.
