(no subject)
I thought I should post something.
I had a great birthday! part I and part II. It completely fucked my school week over, but really. Who goes to school the day after their 18th birthday!? I know I don't! Ashmee came and joined me for the weekend which was quite nice. hmm . . . what else.
Oh. I just found out yesterday that my apartment is to be demolished in may. I'm actually pretty sad about it because it's like my home now. But I'm also getting kind of excited because if I can get my security deposit back regardless of what I do to the place, I want to paint EVERYTHING. I doubt I'll ever have the opportunity to paint anything this big for a while so I really hope I can do it. I also want to like steal a door knob or something just to keep a little piece of my first apartment with me. I'll miss it.
Also yesterday, I had the rare opportunity to walk up 13 blocks of the drag with two boys in two little black dresses. I'll need my dresses back. :(
6-9 is a horrible time to take a nap because it means you'll be up all night with nothing to do but make pancakes.
In related news, I just made my first two pancakes. They were delicious. Aunt Jemima makes great pancake batter but she's not really fooling anyone with this "aunt" business. She's not my aunt. yours? didn't think so.
I'm waiting for daylight so I can go run by shoal creek.
oh sweet. if I get my security deposit back, I probably wont have to pay for the window brackets I ripped out of the wall!!
